HYPERFOCUS

F13’s Individualized Programming for the goal oriented, self-driven, individual. If you have specific needs or goals you want to reach and like to work autonomously with the guidance of a professional coach this is the home for you. Your journey will start with a one-on-one consultation where you and your coach dive into your lifestyle, daily habits and specific goals. This can take anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes depending on the individual. Then you will complete a basic movement assessment followed by a 5-7 day testing period to find baseline data so your coach can build a program 100% specific to you and your needs. Your program will evolve as you and your goals evolve. FITFOCUS

F13’s unique approach to fitness. This Small Group class follows our 4 S’s Method, Strength, Stability, Skill, and Sweat. This specific approach to fitness was created after decades of research and testing. We have found that the 4 S's Method touches on every aspect needed for you to live a complete and healthy active lifestyle. Our cyclical strength biased programming will have your body feeling stronger, more resilient, and healthier than ever. HYBRIDFOCUS

F13’s HYBRID approach to Small Group class made specifically with the OCR, HYROX, Ruck and Tri-Athlete in mind. This class focuses on the Sweat portion of the 4’s, but do not worry we will still build Strength, Stability and Skills. The workouts are specifically written using odd objects such as dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, sleds, medicine balls and anything else our coaches can get their hands on to keep you moving. Along with odd objects expect a healthy dose of running, rowing, biking, and skiing in our HybridFocus classes. SPORT PERFORMANCE

F13 is here to take your athlete to the next level. We work with athletes starting as young as 9 years old and guide them on their athletic journey all the way through High School, Collegiate athletics and into the Professional Ranks. Our Sport Performance approach is athlete and sports specific. We will conduct a one-on-one consultation, or a parent and child consultation with our youth athletes to learn more about each athlete and their specific goals. Each athlete will perform a test week to help our coaches obtain baseline data so we can build a program specific to the athlete's needs. The Sport Performance program is built to keep your athlete healthy and moving forward in and out of their specific season.
