If you are swinging through Allentown, PA and you need a place to train, stop in to F13 Performance.
All are welcome, no experience is required.
Select a class and show up 10 min prior to the start time to meet your coach and get a tour of the facility.
If you just need a space to workout and do your own programming we can accommodate that as well.
Just register for the class time closest to when you will arrive and check in with the coach when you arrive.
