The entire process starts with a detailed Coach to Client one on one consultation. This consultation will dive into the day in the life of our client from the time they wake up and brush their teeth to what they do right before they go to bed and everything in between. We will talk family, work, eating habits, sleep and recovery, daily stressors and everything else one might deal with on any given day. After the day in the life discussion we will talk through Goals.
This is not your normal throw 3 goals and paper on move on discussion. Your coach will dive into the why behind each goal and challenge the client to dig deep and understand why these goals are important to them.
We have found that this process allows the client to stay connected to why they are working on their health and fitness. You and your coach will revisit your goals on a regular basis to make sure they still align with where you are at in life and confirm that we are still on the right path to achieving what means most to you.
After the consultation you will spend a week going through our assessment process.
The first day is spent testing basic movement patters to identify your strengths and limitations as an individual along with a body scan with our Fit3D body scanner. The following 3-5 days will be spent performing basic test to help you and you coach create a baseline to build and program from. These tests will cover, mobility, strength, endurance, power out put, and motor control. Because everyone is an individual, everyone’s tests are different based on their goals and needs.
Following the assessment process you get to start the meat of the programming. You dive into the individualized program that your coach creates just for you.
You work on your own schedule. You don’t need to come to a specific class or train specific days. You and your coach make a schedule that fits your lifestyle and your needs. There isn’t a more personalized approach to fitness out there.
You and your coach will have monthly or weekly conversations and consultations to revisit goals, programming, nutrition and lifestyle to make sure everything still aligns with what you want. If not, your coach will adapt your programming to fit you ever evolving goals.
This approach to fitness is all about communication and attention to details. Your coach is there to help you in any way they can.
